Fresh Up ("we", "our", or "us") operates freshupleads.com and the Soft Pitch AI trainer at freshupleads.com/train. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
1. Information We Collect
We collect the following information when you use Fresh Up:
- Account information: email address, password (hashed — we never store plain text passwords)
- Usage data: search prompts you create, leads delivered to your account, call session data from Soft Pitch
- Payment information: handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number
- Device data: browser type, IP address, general location (for lead targeting only)
2. How We Use Your Information
- To deliver AI-generated leads based on your search prompts
- To process payments and manage your subscription
- To provide the Soft Pitch AI training service and store session history
- To send transactional emails (signup confirmation, lead alerts)
- To improve our AI models and service quality
3. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security enabled — meaning your data is only accessible to you and our service. We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with third parties except as required to deliver the service (Stripe for payments, Resend for email, Anthropic for AI processing).

6. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel, we retain data for 90 days in case you return, then delete it permanently. Soft Pitch session records are retained for 12 months.

We use session cookies for authentication only. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. We do not use Google Analytics or any third-party analytics platform.
8. Children's Privacy
Fresh Up is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as our services evolve. We will notify you by email of any material changes.
